Contribute documents, keep your clients

Upload a shipment document (PDF). Argus detects identifying information, shows you exactly what will be removed side-by-side, and only finalizes the redaction when you approve it — item by item. Nothing is shared until you confirm. Upload documents in any order — each one is classified and aligned into a shipment workspace, so a scattered pile becomes a structured dossier instead of loose files.

Redaction is true redaction: approved items are removed from the PDF content stream, not covered with boxes. An audit log records what kinds of items were removed and how many — never their values.

One dossier = one shipment, end to end: every document from booking to delivery, plus the expert's judgment on what went wrong, what it cost, and how it was resolved. If you can lay hands on these eight documents for a shipment, you can contribute a dossier.

The eight documents

  1. Commercial invoice — declared value, quantity, unit price, HS code, Incoterms
  2. Packing list — carton count, piece count, gross/net weight, dimensions
  3. Bill of lading — vessel/voyage, container & seal numbers, port dates, freight terms
  4. Certificate of origin — origin country, HS code as declared to the chamber
  5. Letter of credit (if applicable) — LC value, latest shipment date, tolerance clauses
  6. Insurance certificate — insured value, coverage terms
  7. Inspection certificate (if applicable) — inspected quantity, defect findings
  8. Export customs declaration — declared value & HS code as filed
